Ingredients
Scale:
1 package wonton wrappers (typically 14 oz)
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cooking spray for air frying
Optional garnishes: powdered sugar or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and well combined.
On a clean, dry surface, lay out the wonton wrappers. Place a teaspoon of the pineapple cream cheese filling in the center of each wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a fingertip dipped in water. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, sealing it tightly.
Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the sealed wontons in a single layer in the basket, making sure they aren’t touching each other. Spray the tops of the wontons lightly with cooking spray.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
After 8 minutes, check the wontons. They should be golden and crispy. If they need more time, continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes.
Once cooked, remove the wontons from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or alongside whipped cream.
