Ingredients
Scale:
1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
If using, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well to ensure all spices are incorporated and dissolve any granules. Add the steak cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the marinated steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Reduce heat to medium. Push the steak bites to one side of the skillet and add the butter and minced garlic to the empty side. Allow the butter to melt and the garlic to become fragrant.
Stir the garlic into the melted butter, then toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer the garlic butter steak bites to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
